Christmas Deliveries
 
We will make all endeavours possible to ensure all orders (unless notified) are despatched in time for Christmas. Last Special Delivery day is around 20 December so please order before 15 December to ensure this is possible
 
Please allow 28 days for delivery.
 
We send all items where possible via the Royal Mail system. After listening to our customers we only use couriers when we have to; feedback told us that if a delivery was missed then retrieving the goods was difficult. We are here to make life easier not more difficult!
 
We deliver abroad and postage costs are altered accordingly on checkout. Please note that some countries, for example, Australia ,are unhappy with feather filled cushions coming through customs. Where this is the case the outer tapestry cover is sent only.
 
Buying from loom tapestry
 
We hope to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible. You don’t have to sign up or login, but if you do, you will be the first to hear of special offers and sales and it will make your next shopping experience quicker.
 
After making your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep this for your records in case you need to contact us.
 
 
Please allow 28 days for delivery, however we try and despatch your purchase as quickly as possible usually within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes we need to have items despatched to us from Belgium which takes a few days longer. As soon as we know there is a delay we will contact you.
 
Refunds & Returns
 
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason. Please take the parcel to your local Post Office in the original packing where possible. Delivery is at your own cost.
