We send all items where possible via the Royal Mail system. After listening to our customers we only use couriers when we have to, as feedback told us that if a delivery was missed then retrieving the goods was difficult. We are here to make life easier not more difficult!
 
We deliver abroad and postage costs are altered accordingly on checkout

All goods remain the property of Loom tapestry until paid for in full.
 
Please allow 28 days for delivery, however we try and despatch your purchase as quickly as possible usually within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes we need to have items despatched to us from Belgium which takes a few days longer. As soon as we know there is a delay we will contact you.
 
Refunds & Returns
 
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason. Please take the parcel to your local Post Office in the original packing where possible. Delivery is at your own cost.
Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay and issued within 3 days of the product arriving back from the customer in a perfect, re-sellable condition.
